Automatically determine course in model 1

Should be merged after !1 (merged), because it is based on that MR.

Adds a step to model 1 that automatically calculates tertiles and assigns courses ("Vorspeise", "Hauptspeise", "Nachspeise") to the different teams.

I have currently only figured out the happy path (number of teams are a multiple of three), I still need to add support for the other paths.
